POPUP Reminders

Pops ups, remind you to join the meetings, and provide's the time remaining.
Join Video calls with a single click.

Popup Alert

Pop-up dialogs are optional, and can be turned off, for non Alarm style notifications.
Stops the audible sound (for when alarm sounds are selected).
Shows the Video meeting links. (Zoom, Meet, Teams)
Shows time remaining.
Shows progress ring, when there are 20 seconds left.

Audio Alerts

Choose when to play sounds, with optional Pop up dialogs
When you are away from your desk, you might like a repeating alarm with an increasing volume.
When at your desk you might want to be reminded with a Voice, or just a single ding.
When you are the host of a meeting, you might be more interested to be notified to end meetings on time.
Configure up to 4 different times, each.

Custom Sound

Select which sound to use:
- Voice Reminder, Speaks the time remaining,
- use Repeating Alarm, or
- a Single ding sound.
The sounds can be selected from a predefined list.
You can test the sound before accepting the setting.

NextUp

Today's Calendar Events

View details of the upcoming events the day at a glance.
Provide links to actual calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar.
Provides links to the video meetings.
Provides details of the meeting ("Details" button)
Provides the option to open video links with keyboard shortcuts. (the application need not be in the foreground).
Video call links will be detected for several video call providers.

Settings

General configuration.
Set reminders when to play sound notifications for before events start.
Set reminders when to play sound notifications for before events end.
Convenient default configuration is provided, for Alarm, Voice, and Notification Sounds.

Multiple Calendars

Supports multiple Google Calendars or Microsoft Outlook Calendars
Select the calendars which you are interested in and want reminders for.
